Top WWE Superstars & Jobbers: 2017 Week 23

by Owen Douglass | June 09, 2017

Kalisto is somehow one of Raw's top superstars.

Each week, we look through the win-loss records of the WWE Superstars during the year to see who really are the best and worst, if wins and losses actually mattered. You can view more over in our Statistics section. You can also help support us by subscribing to our Patreon.

Extreme Rules is now behind us, and Money in the Bank is next week! Boy, these whole thing of having pay-per-views every two weeks is wild. Anyways, here's how things are shaping up between events.

Top Raw Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Jeff Hardy 7-1-0 1 1
2 Matt Hardy 7-1-0 2 2
3 Samoa Joe 10-5-0 3 2
4 Kalisto 6-4-1 9 (+5) 4
5 Finn Bálor 6-4-0 4 (-1) 2
6 Big Show 4-3-1 10 (+4) 6
7 Roman Reigns 10-10-0 6 (-1) 6
8 Seth Rollins 7-7-1 5 (-3) 3
9 Elias Samson 3-3-0 - 9
10 Brock Lesnar 1-1-0 - 10

Fallen off from last week: Bray Wyatt (7), Apollo Crews (8)

Brock Lesnar returns to the list just in time for his title defense at Great Balls of Fire (ugh, that name). Not because he's been active, but because Raw is still a firepit where no one is getting over. Kalisto moved up FIVE spots and is now just below the #1 Contender for the Universal Championship. That's how things are.

Top SmackDown Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Randy Orton 10-6-1 1 1
2 Big E 7-4-0 4 (+2) 2
3 Mojo Rawley 6-3-1 2 (-1) 2
4 Shinsuke Nakamura 5-2-0 7 (+3) 4
5 Tye Dillinger 6-4-1 3 (-2) 3
6 Jey Uso 6-4-0 5 (-1) 4
7 Jimmy Uso 6-4-0 6 (-1) 5
8 Xavier Woods 5-3-0 10 (+2) 6
9 Chad Gable 7-6-0 8 (-1) 1
10 Jason Jordan 7-6-0 9 (-1) 2

The New Day have been taking up spots on this list for a while now, and this week they finally were in action to prove why. Also Shinsuke Nakamura continues his main roster undefeated streak as he jumps up to the fourth position.

Top Cruiserweights

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Akira Tozawa 16-4-0 1 1
2 Neville 15-6-0 3 (+1) 1
3 Austin Aries 13-4-0 2 (-1) 2
4 Rich Swann 14-6-0 4 4

8 Gran Metalik 5-5-0 8 6
9 TJP 15-16-0 9 4
10 Drew Gulak 8-10-0 10 10

Neville defeated Austin Aries at Extreme Rules, hopefully for the last time, as he moves ahead of him again in the rankings. Fortunately a loss on Main Event was not enough for Drew Gulak to fall off the list as he continues to try to improve 205 Live.

Top NXT Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Aleister Black 6-0-0 1 1
2 Rezar 6-0-0 2 1
3 Akam 6-1-0 3 1

8 Tucker Knight 4-1-0 9 (+1) 8
9 Alexander Wolfe 3-1-1 7 (-2) 8
10 The Velveteen Dream 2-0-0 10 10

Heavy Machinery got another big win this week on NXT as they try to stake claim at the NXT Tag Team Championship. Also, in the main event Killian Dain disposed of No Way Jose to move up a spot as well.

Top Female Superstars

# Superstar Brand W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Nia Jax RAW 12-7-0 2 (+1) 1

Asuka struggles to keep her top spot as she doesn't get to compete weekly in NXT as two people who did get wins this week moved past her. Meanwhile we should keep an eye on Tamina, who is currently undefeated since her return.

Lince Dorado picked up a surprising victory on Main Event, which was enough to move down two spots. The Miz won the Intercontinental Championship at Extreme Rules and as a result jumped off the jobber list temporarily. We'll see how they book him with the belt.
