Top WWE Superstars & Jobbers: 2018 Week 2

Breezango run this place now

by Owen Douglass | January 12, 2018

Each week, we look through the win-loss records of the WWE Superstars during the year to see who really are the best and worst, if wins and losses actually mattered. You can view more over in our Statistics section. You can also help support us by subscribing to our Patreon.

We're into the second week of 2018, and now we're starting to see things straighten themselves out. Well, with the exception of a few things like whatever is going on with SmackDown. NXT also finally had some matches to begin filling out their list while more Cruiserweights competed to get theirs half full.

Top Raw Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Finn Bálor 2-0-0 4 (+3) 1
2 Goldust 2-0-0 1 (-1) 1
3 Karl Anderson 2-0-0 6 (+3) 3
4 Luke Gallows 2-0-0 7 (+3) 4
5 Braun Strowman 1-0-0 2 (-3) 2
6 Bray Wyatt 1-0-0 3 (-3) 3
7 Matt Hardy 1-0-0 - 7
8 Titus O'Neil 1-0-0 - 8
9 Apollo Crews 1-1-0 - 9
10 Jason Jordan 1-1-0 5 (-5) 5

Fallen off from last week: Roman Reigns (8)

The Bálor Club continues to run things on Monday nights with a big win in the main event as they hold three of the top four spots. Titus Worldwide debuts on the list with a surprise win against The Bar, while Roman Reigns keeps the Intercontinental Championship tradition of not being in the Top 10. He's not quite in the jobber list yet, at least.

Top SmackDown Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Fandango 1-0-0 - 1
2 Harper 1-0-0 - 2
3 Jey Uso 1-0-0 1 (-2) 1
4 Jimmy Uso 1-0-0 2 (-2) 2
5 Mojo Rawley 1-0-0 - 5
6 Randy Orton 1-0-0 - 6
7 Rowan 1-0-0 - 7
8 Shinsuke Nakamura 1-0-0 - 8
9 Tyler Breeze 1-0-0 - 9
10 Xavier Woods 1-0-0 4 (-6) 4

Fallen off from last week: Sami Zayn (3)

SmackDown belongs to the tag team division, as more than half of the list consists of team members. But the biggest surprise is Fandango sitting at the very top after he and Tyler Breeze (who also made the list) picked up a win over Rusev Day. Maybe this will be their year?

Top Cruiserweights

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Cedric Alexander 4-0-0 1 1
2 Akira Tozawa 2-1-0 3 (+1) 2
3 Gran Metalik 1-0-0 - 3
4 Mustafa Ali 1-0-0 - 4
5 TJP 1-1-0 2 (-3) 2

It's two weeks in, and Cedric Alexander is already at four wins since the Cruiserweights are featured on three weekly shows. TJP also suffered his first loss after his big return last week as Gran Metalik debuts in the Top 3.

Top NXT Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Bobby Fish 1-0-0 - 1
2 Kassius Ohno 1-0-0 - 2
3 Kyle O'Reilly 1-0-0 - 3
4 Lars Sullivan 1-0-0 - 4

With the start of the Center Stage tapings happening this week, we actually got to see some matches featuring the current big stars of NXT. The four currently here are no surprise, especially with the NXT Tag Team Champions picking up a win to retain their titles.

Top Female Superstars

# Superstar Brand W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Alicia Fox RAW 1-0-0 - 1
2 Asuka RAW 1-0-0 1 (-1) 1
3 Bayley RAW 1-0-0 - 3
4 Becky Lynch SD 1-0-0 - 4
5 Liv Morgan SD 1-0-0 3 (-2) 3
6 Sarah Logan SD 1-0-0 5 (-1) 5
7 Sasha Banks RAW 1-0-0 - 7
8 Shayna Baszler NXT 1-0-0 - 8
9 Dana Brooke RAW 1-1-0 2 (-7) 2
10 Ruby Riott SD 1-1-0 4 (-6) 4

Nia Jax essentially gave the top spot to Alicia Fox by attacking Asuka prior to her match and preventing it from happening. Becky Lynch also made her big return to the ring, and in NXT we saw the debut of Shayna Baszler. She broke Dakota Kai's arm to get her, so I'm not happy about it.

Top Jobbers

# Superstar Brand W-L-D Prev
1 Ariya Daivari RAW 0-3-0 1
2 Drew Gulak RAW 0-3-0 2
3 Aiden English SD 0-2-0 5 (+2)
4 Cesaro RAW 0-2-0 10 (+6)
5 Rhyno RAW 0-2-0 -
6 Tony Nese RAW 0-2-0 -
7 Adam Cole NXT 0-1-0 4 (-3)
8 Aleister Black NXT 0-1-0 -
9 Alexa Bliss RAW 0-1-0 6 (-3)
10 Bo Dallas RAW 0-1-0 8 (-2)

Fallen off from last week: AJ Styles (3), Apollo Crews (7), Carmella (9)

Fortunately the WWE Champion is off of this list, but the Raw Women's Champion wasn't so lucky. Ariya Daivari and Drew Gulak kep losing and topping the list, make me sad, but the big story is Adam Cole being so upset he's here to he dragged last year's top NXT superstar Aleister Black into jobber status with an 0-1-0 record. This won't last long.
