Top WWE Superstars & Jobbers: 2018 Week 22

Kevin Owens starts fighting out of the hole

by Owen Douglass | June 01, 2018

Each week, we look through the win-loss records of the WWE Superstars during the year to see who really are the best and worst, if wins and losses actually mattered. You can view more over in our Statistics section. You can also help support us by subscribing to our Patreon.

June is finally here, which means Money in the Bank and NXT TakeOver are almost here. This week the final spots in the ladder matches were filled and the card for TakeOver got filled in with some big matches. The rankings didn't change too much though in most categories, but it's better than what we had last week at least.

Top Raw Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Braun Strowman 18-6-0 1 1
2 Matt Hardy 13-4-0 2 2
3 Seth Rollins 14-9-0 3 3
4 Bray Wyatt 10-5-0 6 (+2) 4
5 Akam 7-2-1 4 (-1) 4
6 Rezar 7-2-1 5 (-1) 5
7 Drew McIntyre 5-0-0 7 7
8 Brock Lesnar 3-0-0 8 6
9 Dash Wilder 11-9-0 9 1
10 Scott Dawson 11-9-0 10 10

The Deleters of Worlds is the best thing to happen to Bray Wyatt in a long time. His win streak continued as he moved into the top half of the Raw rankings. The Authors of Pain are still missing though, and I'm starting to get worried that we aren't going to see them in a significant role ever on the main roster.

Top SmackDown Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Harper 10-0-0 1 1
2 Shinsuke Nakamura 11-2-3 2 1
3 Rowan 8-1-0 3 2
4 AJ Styles 11-6-4 4 2
5 Jeff Hardy 6-2-0 5 5
6 Andrade "Cien" Almas 4-2-0 7 (+1) 6
7 Karl Anderson 9-8-0 8 (+1) 6
8 Daniel Bryan 4-3-1 6 (-2) 6
9 Alexander Wolfe 2-1-0 9 7
10 Xavier Woods 6-6-1 - 10

Fallen off from last week: Eric Young (10)

Daniel Bryan had another setback this week when he lost in the Triple Threat to Samoa Joe for the final spot in the Ladder Match, and this caused him to tumble two spots. Eric Young also left the rankings in exchange for Xavier Woods, because he actually shows up on Tuesdays.

Top Cruiserweights

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Cedric Alexander 18-0-0 1 1
2 Gran Metalik 16-3-1 2 2
3 Lince Dorado 11-4-2 3 3
4 Kalisto 12-8-0 4 2
5 Mustafa Ali 9-5-0 5 4
6 Buddy Murphy 5-2-0 6 5
7 Hideo Itami 5-3-2 7 5
8 The Brian Kendrick 4-2-0 9 (+1) 8
9 Mark Andrews 3-2-0 8 (-1) 6
10 Akira Tozawa 6-8-1 10 2

The Cruiserweights pretty much are keeping the same course, as Cedric Alexander successfully defended his championship and undefeated streak in 2018. The Brian Kendrick won in a tag match on 205 Live as well to move up a spot.

Top NXT Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Pete Dunne 6-1-1 1 1
2 Lars Sullivan 4-1-1 2 2
3 Aleister Black 4-1-0 3 2
4 Nick Miller 4-1-0 4 4
5 Shane Thorne 4-1-0 5 5
6 Hanson 3-0-0 6 6
7 Rowe 3-0-0 8 (+1) 7
8 Kona Reeves 2-0-0 7 (-1) 7
9 Kyle O'Reilly 3-2-0 9 4
10 EC3 2-1-0 - 10

Fallen off from last week: Velveteen Dream (10)

The War Raiders may not have much of a gimmick right now, but they keep on winning in dominating fashion. EC3 also got his record into the positives for the first time since his debut and moved onto the list for the first time.

Top Female Superstars

# Superstar Brand W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Asuka SD 19-2-0 1 1
2 Charlotte Flair SD 10-6-0 2 2
3 Shayna Baszler NXT 5-1-0 5 (+2) 2
4 Ember Moon RAW 7-4-0 3 (-1) 3
5 Bianca Belair NXT 4-1-0 4 (-1) 2
6 Nikki Cross NXT 2-0-0 6 4
7 Ronda Rousey RAW 1-0-0 7 7
8 Lacey Evans NXT 3-3-0 9 (+1) 8
9 Candice LeRae NXT 1-1-0 - 9
10 Becky Lynch SD 7-8-0 - 10

Fallen off from last week: Ruby Riott (8), Dakota Kai (10)

A lot of the Raw women had a loss added to their record this week as a very sloppy Gauntlet Match happened this week. Shayna Baszler moved back up into the Top 3 when she defended her championship against Dakota Kai and broke her so badly that Kai fell back off the list.

Top Jobbers

# Superstar Brand W-L-D Prev
1 Ariya Daivari RAW 0-17-0 1
2 Tony Nese RAW 3-17-0 2
3 Curt Hawkins RAW 0-13-0 3
4 Rhyno RAW 1-14-1 4
5 Apollo Crews RAW 5-17-1 6 (+1)
6 Heath Slater RAW 2-13-1 7 (+1)
7 Bo Dallas RAW 2-13-0 8 (+1)
8 Curtis Axel RAW 2-13-0 9 (+1)
9 Sami Zayn RAW 3-14-2 10 (+1)
10 Kevin Owens RAW 4-15-2 5 (-5)

Kevin Owens has been having a rough 2018, but since qualifying for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match he's been starting to finally win some matches. He got another this week and moved down a surprising five spots, even moving past his friend Sami Zayn. Can he finally escape next week?
