Top WWE Superstars & Jobbers: 2018 Week 35

Adam Cole strikes back, bay bay

by Owen Douglass | August 31, 2018

Each week, we look through the win-loss records of the WWE Superstars during the year to see who really are the best and worst, if wins and losses actually mattered. You can view more over in our Statistics section. You can also help support us by subscribing to our Patreon.

This week some of the categories didn't have a whole lot happening. But to be fair, not a lot happens with the Cruiserweights during most weeks. But with Hell in a Cell a few weeks out, along with having to promote the Australia show and Evolution, this week was a more story-driven one.

Top Raw Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Braun Strowman 26-10-0 1 1
2 Rezar 14-3-1 2 2
3 Akam 13-4-1 3 2

9 Scott Dawson 16-14-1 - 9
10 Bray Wyatt 11-9-0 - 10

Fallen off from last week: Matt Hardy (7 - retired?), Drew McIntyre (9), Jinder Mahal (10)

Matt Hardy had a "send off" of sorts this weekend and has been tweeting that he is pretty much transitioning into an agent, so for the time being his is deactivated from ranking. This opened the door for The Revival, who defeated the tag champs, and his partner Bray Wyatt, who is doing nothing.

Top SmackDown Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Shinsuke Nakamura 15-6-3 1 1
2 Harper 14-5-0 2 1

9 Big E 10-10-0 9 9
10 Eric Young 5-5-0 - 10

Fallen off from last week: Karl Anderson (10)

Andrade "Cien" Almas bit off a bit more than he can chew by challenging Daniel Bryan on SmackDown. The Miz did show up to lead to a disqualification loss though, but it still cost him two spots in the ranks.

Top Cruiserweights

Top NXT Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Pete Dunne 10-2-1 1 1
2 Hanson 5-0-0 2 2
3 Rowe 5-0-0 3 3
4 Tommaso Ciampa 4-1-0 4 4
5 Roderick Strong 12-10-1 - 5

7 Kyle O'Reilly 7-5-0 5 (-2) 5
8 Nick Miller 6-4-0 6 (-2) 2
9 Shane Thorne 6-4-0 7 (-2) 3
10 Lars Sullivan 4-2-1 9 (-1) 9

Fallen off from last week: Ricochet (8), Kona Reeves (10)

After Ricochet took his spot last week, Adam Cole decided to enter the tag main event on NXT and get his revenge. And he did just that, as The Undisputed ERA won and he took his spot, along with Roderick Strong getting back on the list.

Top Female Superstars

# Superstar Brand W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Asuka SD 23-4-1 1 1
2 Charlotte Flair SD 16-8-0 2 2
3 Becky Lynch SD 16-10-0 3 2
4 Shayna Baszler NXT 8-2-0 4 2
5 Bianca Belair NXT 7-1-0 5 2
6 Ruby Riott RAW 13-8-0 6 6
7 Kairi Sane NXT 8-4-0 7 5
8 Ronda Rousey RAW 4-0-0 8 6
9 Sarah Logan RAW 10-8-0 9 6
10 Nikki Cross NXT 3-2-0 - 10

Fallen off from last week: Ember Moon (10)

Oddly enough, nothing really happened with the women this week. The one match to change the rankings happened on Main Event with Ember Moon losing to Ruby Riott. Nikki Cross deserves the spot
though with her craziness in William Regal's office.

Top Jobbers

# Superstar Brand W-L-D Prev
1 Curt Hawkins RAW 0-24-0 1
2 Ariya Daivari RAW 0-17-0 2
3 Rhyno RAW 3-20-1 3
4 Tony Nese RAW 5-21-1 4
5 Kevin Owens RAW 7-22-2 7 (+2)
6 Heath Slater RAW 4-18-1 5 (-1)
7 Titus O'Neil RAW 5-19-1 6 (-1)
8 Apollo Crews RAW 8-22-1 8
9 Konnor RAW 1-14-0 10 (+1)
10 Viktor RAW 1-14-0 -

Fallen off from last week: Sonya Deville (9)

Kevin Owens continues to lose nonstop on Raw, as he moved back up to the Top 5 for jobbers. He "quit" this week, but until we see if he's actually going away we're keeping him eligible for ranking. The other half of The Ascension also joined the list, after they lost in a handicap match to Bobby Lashley. So they kind of deserve it.
