Top WWE Superstars & Jobbers: 2018 Week 39

The Mighty won't kneel

by Owen Douglass | September 28, 2018

Each week, we look through the win-loss records of the WWE Superstars during the year to see who really are the best and worst, if wins and losses actually mattered. You can view more over in our Statistics section. You can also help support us by subscribing to our Patreon.

We're a week out from the big Australia show, so it was just a normal week in the WWE. Well, aside from no one tuning into Raw and a few people picking up double wins due to the Mixed Match Challenge.

Top Raw Superstars

1 Braun Strowman 28-10-1 1 1

9 Dolph Ziggler 16-14-1 - 9
10 Bray Wyatt 11-9-0 - 10

Fallen off from last week: Dash Wilder (9), Scott Dawson (10)

Bobby Lashley picked up wins on Raw and the Mixed Match Challenge, which gave him a big boost up the rankings. Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre beat The Revival, which is knocked them out of the rankings and even put an inactive Bray Wyatt into the Top 10. He may be deactivated after the Australia show is he continues to be a no-show.

Top SmackDown Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 AJ Styles 19-8-4 1 1
2 Harper 14-5-0 3 (+1) 1
3 Shinsuke Nakamura 16-8-3 2 (-1) 1
4 Jeff Hardy 12-7-1 4 4

Harper continues to be gone, but Nakamura fell to him after a disqualification loss to Tye Dillinger. Big E also fell a spot after losing to Sheamus.

Top Cruiserweights

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Cedric Alexander 24-1-0 1 1
2 Gran Metalik 19-6-1 2 2
3 Lince Dorado 15-8-2 3 3
4 Lio Rush 6-1-0 6 (+2) 4
5 Kalisto 15-11-1 4 (-1) 2
6 Mustafa Ali 12-8-2 5 (-1) 5

9 Noam Dar 5-2-0 7 (-2) 4
10 The Brian Kendrick 6-6-0 - 10

Fallen off from last week: Mark Andrews (10)

Lio Rush is having a moment, stealing to spotlight on Raw as Bobby Lashley's manager and now picking up wins on 205 Live. Good for him.

Top NXT Superstars

# Superstar W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Pete Dunne 10-2-2 1 1
2 Hanson 5-0-0 2 2
3 Rowe 5-0-0 3 3
4 Tommaso Ciampa 5-1-0 5 (+1) 4
5 Nick Miller 7-4-0 9 (+4) 2
6 Shane Thorne 7-4-0 10 (+4) 3
7 Lars Sullivan 5-2-1 4 (-3) 6
8 Roderick Strong 12-10-1 6 (-2) 5
9 Adam Cole 10-8-0 7 (-2) 6
10 Kyle O'Reilly 7-5-0 8 (-2) 5

Tommaso Ciampa somehow survived Otis Dozovic in the main event of NXT to keep his spot, but the big news is The Mighty both moving up four spots after being at risk of falling off. They keep finding ways to win underhandedly, and become a force to reckon with in the tag division. Too bad the current champs are heels. Unless some certain vikings become transitional champions...

Top Female Superstars

# Superstar Brand W-L-D Prev Peak
1 Asuka SD 26-4-1 1 1

9 Ember Moon RAW 14-12-0 9 9

Everything seems to keeping the course in the women's vision. Kairi Sane moved up after winning a squash match against Vanessa Borne on NXT.

Top Jobbers

# Superstar Brand W-L-D Prev
1 Curt Hawkins RAW 0-24-0 1
2 Ariya Daivari RAW 0-17-0 2
3 Rhyno RAW 3-20-1 3
4 Tony Nese RAW 5-22-1 4

8 Konnor RAW 2-16-0 7 (-1)
9 Heath Slater RAW 4-18-1 9
10 Titus O'Neil RAW 5-19-1 10

KONNOR WON A MATCH ON RAW! It only moved him down one spot, but it's still a pretty big deal. I would say maybe there's hope for The Ascension, but we both know I'd be lying.
